All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Estimates are an approximation of charges based on the anticipated scope of work. It is possible for unexpected complications to cause deviation from the original estimate.
By authorizing an estimate or work order — whether in person, digitally, by phone, or via text message — you are authorizing us to perform the listed repairs and supply the necessary materials. We are not required to obtain additional approval prior to performing repairs if the total does not exceed the authorized amount.
If during the course of repairs we discover additional work is needed that exceeds the authorized amount, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
Payment is due in full upon completion of work and vehicle pickup. We accept cash and all major credit cards. No fee is added for card payments. We do not accept personal checks.
Failure to make payment upon pickup may result in a mechanic's lien being placed on the vehicle in accordance with New York Lien Law.
If you believe there is an issue with the work performed, you must contact us directly so we can inspect the vehicle and address your concerns. We stand behind our work and will make it right — but we need the opportunity to do so.

We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly. However, filing a credit card dispute or chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the matter is a violation of these terms and may result in legal action to recover the full amount owed, including attorney fees and court costs.

To file a warranty claim, contact us directly. The vehicle must be returned to our shop for inspection before any warranty work is authorized.
We reserve the right to accept or decline customer-supplied parts at our discretion. If we agree to install customer-supplied parts:
Storage fees of $50 per day begin 3 business days after work has been completed and the customer has been notified that the vehicle is ready for pickup.
Vehicles left for more than 30 days after notification of completed work may be considered abandoned and handled in accordance with New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law.
By authorizing repairs, you agree that Highline Motorsports Group, LLC and its employees are not responsible for:

Phone calls to and from our business lines may be recorded for quality assurance and documentation purposes. By calling or receiving calls from our business numbers, you consent to the recording of those conversations in accordance with New York State law (one-party consent).
By authorizing an estimate, signing a work order, or making payment for services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions. These terms are incorporated into every estimate, work order, and invoice issued by Highline Motorsports Group, LLC.
